Day 151 - Dinner with Brighitte at Tamir at their home

Saturday, December 1st, 2018.

We spent all morning at home resting. Sunshine should have done homework but she is following the Shabbat schedule. It was a rainy day so we stayed home most of the day. Late afternoon, Gregory and I walked to the near shopping mall looking for an open cafe. Everything was closed, except a nearby restaurant and we found a restaurant-coffee place in the Mall. We had our expensive cappuccino and talked to a waiter who spoke good Spanish because he had lived in Tamaulipas, Mexico!
Afterward, we got an invitation for dinner by Ron's Liberman's cousin and her husband. They invited us for dinner. I thought that was extremely nice.  Tamir, the husband came to pick us up and drove us to his apartment. We had a lovely time and I think we clicked from the very beginning because we didn't stop chatting. Dinner was so delicious and the kids were thrilled to eat different kind of pasta and many other varieties that I haven't cooked in a while. She also served us a yummy yam soup! After dinner, Daniel played the piano and we had dessert in the living room. We truly had a lovely time and once again, I'm just amazed about how nice and open people have been with us. I made a promise that my home will be open for visitors from all over the world, even if I don't know them. Of course, maybe the can stay if they are friends of friends or come with a letter of recommendation, ha, ha, kidding!
We took our selfie for the record, said our goodbyes and Tamir drove us back home around 10:30pm!
